Rx6 helped me in my school work, in my workouts, and with my diet. This stuff sucks the water out of you, so make sure you stay hydrated. It's great to take before a pool party as it really tightens your stomach skin and brings out your abs. I had no side effects while taking this - no nausea, no vomiting, no headaches, no crash, nothing. I did take it for longer than 8 weeks, and when I tried to quit I had headaches every day for about a week. I combated that by taking some excedrin (the caffeine + NSAID helped deal with the headaches very well). All was back to normal after the week of excedrin use and I will definitely be using this next summer!
